Residental Pressure washing, on Oatland Island, Savannah, Ga. A homeowner call us at Men of Faith Pressure washing, LLC he was looking for a company to pressure his three story home, with three baconys, steps, railing and repair of a gutter's down spouts and to clean a sea shell's driveway, to remove mold, mildew, and green algae. The homeowner was looking for a repetable company to be able to handle the job without making any damages to the property. I was contracted to pressure wash his house and driveway on a normal size lot. This was a simple pressure washing job and I knew that I was the best pressure washing company for the job. Although the job was going to be simple, yet I knew there would be great results from little effort.

Looking at the house and driveway from the road I could imediatley tell that this property was pretty well taken care of but, until the last few years the sea shell driveway had gotten dirty with mold and algae. The house was fairly simple to clean but, there was a whole lot of details in the design of this house. The owners couldn't remember when was the last time it was done, I knew that we had the proper equipment and procedures to transform this house and dirty driveway into a clean and bright welcome home sign. This property was so large and time consuming that if we was going to get out of there in a timely manner we had to carry both of our big hot water rigs to get this job done quicky and professional for residental pressure washing.

We both started treating/soaping the front of the house, then to the sides, then to the back where both washing rigs met in the back of the house, we could see the algae turning color right in the front of our eyes. Then came the rising of the entire house along with the patios, patio railings and decking. Once the house was completed we both started pretreatment of the driveway, parking spaces, front porch and stairwells. The driveway was pretreatrd, then allowed to soak in the cleaner both rigs pretreated from each end and we met in the middle, then it was rinse time. We went back to our corners and began to do edging and corners which created crisp and clean lines to really distinguish between your beatiful, clean driveway and your neighbors. Next we skip the wanding technique and used our dedicated surface cleaners to ensure even and flawless results and finished with a" post treatment" to continue to clean the conerete for a few hours. This process added brightness and further destroyed organic growth hiding in the smallest of cracks.
