I received a call from a homeowner from the South side of Savannah Ga, the George Town area for Residental Pressure Washing who was on my yearly house wash program but, recently he had been canceling because of house repairs. He called and apologizes for waiting so long and he was willing to pay whatever I charged, so I scheduled him at my next availabilty. It was a simple pressure job that had now became exteremely diffcult from years of doing nothing to it. The mold, midew, dirt , grime and algae has taken ove the house. We pretreated the house to make cleaning easier and even, to help break up the mold and algae the had been growing on there for years. Starting out with pretreatment I could could see the algae and other organic dying off right before my eyes. Other washers would skip this, which would cause the to grow back rapidly which result in a waste of money and a half done job.

We made sure that since the house wasn't cleaned in a while, we made sure that I brought the right equipment and cleaners with us to transform this house back to new looking again. This house was a yellow vinyl siding house with a pebbled walkway that also needed to be cleaned with a patio deck on the back of the house. With the pressure washer fired up, I began to wash the roof line down to wash the dead mold, mildew and algae away from the house leaving clean crisp top that runs down to the bottom of the hous then away from the housee's foundation. After completing the rinse treatment, an additon rinse was done this second and final rinse was to ensured that no other foreign objects had spattered back onto the house. This extra tie and effort was added to add brightness and futher destroyed organic growth hiding in the smallest of cracks.
